Creative/ Play Therapy provides a safe space for children, teenagers and adults to explore and express their experiences and emotions and develop new ways of coping with their world. Play therapy may be indicated when emotional, behavioural or social difficulties are present or following traumatic experiences. Play Therapy is effective in supporting children in learning new ways of managing their emotions and behaviour, reducing negative or concerning behaviours and increasing self-esteem and overall coping.

Arch Therapy Centre now also offers Creative Clinical Supervision for therapeutic practitioners.

Arch Therapy Centre also offers Therapeutic Parent Support to help parents find new ways to support their children’s challenging behaviours at home.
