Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in Cork, offering in-person appointments in Midleton or online appointments via Zoom/Skype. I work with clients using a combination of hypnosis, CBT techniques and mindfulness to help them overcome anxiety, increase self-confidence, kick bad habits or conquer fears. I have a BSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. Registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
